I tested the integration of the new proximity sensor on the assembly line. It works stably, but the trigger threshold needs to be adjusted for parts with larger tolerances. I will send a detailed report tomorrow.

Bănel Vasile

The firmware update on the central controller has been completed. It now supports the OPC UA protocol natively, which significantly simplifies communication with the factory ERP. Stress tests passed without errors.

Eduard Sandu

I identified a solution for the synchronization issue between the collaborative robot and the conveyor belt. A software delay of 120 ms is needed in the pick-up cycle. Implementation takes approximately one hour.

Cleopatra Niculescu

The efficiency report for last month shows a 12% increase in assembly line throughput after optimizing the speed parameters. I recommend applying the same adjustments to the other similar lines.

Zaharia Marcu

I received confirmation from the sensor supplier. The new batch will be delivered next week, and the technical specifications meet our precision requirements. I will update the project documentation.

Clarifications and Contractual Definitions

Specifications that eliminate ambiguities and establish liability limits within automation projects.

By "modular system" we mean a hardware and software architecture composed of functionally independent subsystems, which can be reconfigured or replaced without affecting the rest of the production line. Each module includes its own controller, communication interface, and set of actuators. Modularity does not imply interoperability with third-party equipment that does not meet the technical specifications in the contract annex.

Operational efficiency is measured as the ratio between the number of compliant parts delivered and the total effective operating time of the line, expressed as a percentage. The values published in case studies are results obtained under specific test conditions (temperature, humidity, load) and do not constitute a guarantee of performance in any industrial environment. For a personalized estimate, a preliminary analysis of your own workflows is recommended.

The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects of hardware components (cameras, lenses, processing units) and configuration errors of the delivered neural network. It does not include degradations caused by non-compliant environmental conditions (vibrations above 2G, conductive dust, temperatures below 0°C or above 50°C) or algorithm modifications made by the client's personnel without the supervision of our technical team.

The delivery time is established from the date of contract signing and includes the phases of design, procurement, integration, testing, and commissioning. The duration varies between 12 and 26 weeks, depending on the complexity of the solution and the availability of equipment. Any delay caused by external suppliers or changes to specifications after contract signing may lead to an adjustment of the deadline, without penalties for Graphenerobots.

Operational data collected by sensors and controllers is stored locally, on the client's dedicated server, and is not transmitted to third parties. Remote access by the Graphenerobots team for diagnostics is only granted based on prior written agreement and through encrypted connections. After the technical support period ends, all data remains the property of the client, and access keys are revoked.
